Hi! We are Julian and Emily! We’re excited that you have found our page and are filled with gratitude that you may consider us as prospective parents.

We met in 2015 at our undergraduate university. We shared a friend group and learned that we came from rival high schools. Turns out, we had been 20 minutes apart our whole lives, seen each other (unknowingly) at sporting events, and just never got to meet until our freshman year of college.

Emily has always loved everything to do with school. She enjoyed playing school with her two younger sisters growing up and teaching them what she had learned that day. Even though she graduated with a BA in Communication Studies in 2019, she quickly enrolled in an accelerated Master’s of Secondary Education program, graduating again in 2020. From there, she began her career teaching high school English and can’t picture herself doing anything else!

We live on a quiet street in a single-family home. When we bought it, it had not been updated since the 1970s. We renovated every inch of the house, both cosmetically and functionally, adding lighting, plumbing, safety features, paint, flooring, and so much more! Our friends and family were with us for every brushstroke and nail. We love cooking in our custom Tuscan kitchen, sipping wine in our library/bar room while planning the future of our family, watching our dog sprint around chasing rabbits in our fenced backyard, tending our small gardens, and...

We both grew up in large, close-knit families, and wouldn’t want to change that for the world! In both of our families, cooking and sharing a good meal is a form of love. Julian is the middle child of three boys, and Emily is the oldest of three girls.
